Thank you for shopping with Underfig. We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped, not from the time the order is placed.

  • Canada $7.95 CAD
  • United States $7.95 USD
  • United Kingdom £8.95 GBP

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout in your local currency where available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 1 to 2 business days
  • United States: 3 to 8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3 to 8 business days

These timelines are estimates only. Delivery may take longer during busy seasons, holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Duties, Tariffs and Customs

For U.S. orders, duties and tariffs are prepaid where supported by our shipping carrier. This means customers should not receive additional duty charges at delivery in most cases.

For United Kingdom orders, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or carrier handling fees may apply depending on local customs rules. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation yet, your order is most likely still being processed.

Address Changes and Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, returned packages, or missing shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking your mailbox, front desk, building concierge, neighbours, or local carrier first.
