Return & Refund

We hope you love your Underfig order. Because we are a small shop and our items are prepared with care, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

However, if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your item has a quality issue or defect
  • You received the wrong item or colour

Email us at hello@underfig.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The email used at checkout
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we review and confirm the issue, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item, if available
  • An exchange for the correct item
  • A refund to your original payment method

If we need the item returned, we will provide return instructions. For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by us.

Returns and Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be:

Unused
Unwashed
In its original condition
With original tags and packaging where possible

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Please Note

Small variations in colour, stitching placement, or fabric texture may occur due to the nature of textile products and screen display differences. These small differences are not considered defects.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking your mailbox, front desk, building concierge, neighbours, or local carrier first.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
